SOULGASM presents Antonio Ocasio (Tribal Winds, New York)

On Saturday, May 23, we welcome Antonio Ocasio, founder of Tribal Winds, for the first time in Hawai‘i.

Born in El Barrio, New York and raised in the South Bronx, his sound moves through Afro Latin jazz rhythms and deep house, guiding the dancefloor through movement and story.

In the late 90s, he launched Tribal Winds and continues to create music rooted in the ancestral and the journey of the dancefloor. Through the label, he has worked with artists including Josh Milan, Jephte Guillaume, Quentin Harris, and Vinnie Colaiuta, reflecting a deep commitment to musicality and collaboration.

For this night, he plays an extended set at Soulgasm.

Held at Slack Key Lounge, an intimate space for sound and movement, the evening unfolds with intention from the start. Come into the space early.
