Elephante is a music producer, DJ, and singer-songwriter based in Los Angeles, California. He creates melodic dance music, blending influences from alt-rock, blues, and his singer-songwriter background. As the son of immigrants, his Asian-American upbringing in Michigan was unique and sometimes isolating. After graduating from Harvard University, he entered corporate America at a top global consulting firm—and HATED it. Confronting his unhappiness, or “the elephant in the room,” he decided to pursue his passion for music.

To date, Elephante has garnered hundreds of millions of streams across his two full-length albums, COPE (2024) and Heavy Glow (2021), as well as his two EPs: I Am The Elephante (2016), a nine-track exploration of progressive house, synthpop, and trap, and Glass Mansion (2018), which shot to #1 on iTunes’ U.S. Dance chart. He has headlined several sold-out national tours and performed on the main stages of top-tier festivals like EDC Las Vegas, Lollapalooza, Electric Zoo, Beyond Wonderland, and 88rising’s Head in the Clouds Festival.

In March, Elephante launched Hidden Horizon, a label focused on supporting and uplifting the Asian American dance music community, following a sold-out launch party during Miami Music Week. His work showcases his impressive range as an artist, seamlessly tying together different styles of music. With a forthcoming 2024 album and subsequent live tour, Elephante shows no signs of slowing down.
