Audiophile presents: GRABBITZ
Nick Chiari aka Grabbitz proved himself to the dance music world in 2016 when he got deadmau5‘s stamp of approval, and was featured on the debut single “Let Go” from his /W:2016Album/ release. He’s since been perfecting bass crossover DJ sets blended with his own mix of pop, rock and live vocals, developed proper rock-star stage presence, and in 2020 had a breakout alt radio hit with Rezz, “Someone Else,” which went to #1 in Canada and #12 in the U.S.
In Dec. 2021, “Die For You” , an original by Grabbitz created for the Valorant World Championship, was released. It has since amassed over 57 millions plays across YouTube and Spotify. Zedd, having loved the song, elected to remix it and invited Grab to perform it with him at the Valorant live streamed championship in Germany.
His latest album Time Isn’t Real dropped April 1, 2022 and has garnered support from heavy-hitters in the electronic and alternative worlds alike, including Alison Wonderland, Rezz, Zedd, Grandson, and even rock icon Tommy Lee. The album features his solo Top 40 Alternative hit “Pigs In The Sky” among others that have placed him at the top of Spotify playlists Bass Arcade, The New Alt, and even landing the cover of both RockTronic, and Alternative Beats.
Dance music has long awaited a frontman, and as anyone who’s been to a Grabbitz show lately will tell you, it’s time…
